Ashtanga Yoga Nicaragua (previously known as It's Yoga Nicaragua) is situated in a private bay that is surrounded by a nature reserve. This area will never be overbuilt. There are monkeys, birds, an ocean full of sea life, horses and so much more nearby... there’s even a turtle conservation and hatchery. Students and guests can enjoy being close to nature during down time, in between classes. Yes there is surf too!
SEVA PROJECTS
Ashtanga Yoga Nicaragua believes that to practice yoga, and especially to teach it, one must cultivate a sense of seva. Taking to heart the idea that the earth and all that is in it is sacred.
