Chip has been fortunate enough to have travelled the world to fuel his stoke and passion for surfing and adventure. He considers himself a citizen of the world and has lived as an ex-pat in Central America. Although his young dreams of being a professional surfer never came to fruition, he did not let that stop him from becoming a globetrotter with a surfboard. Instead he financed his adventures and ex-pat lifestyle by creating his own opportunities utilizing his degree in Spanish and Latin-American studies and his natural understanding of business.  

Through those international experiences he has gained knowledge in operations, business development, strategy & sales, and has in depth understanding of business culture and processes in Latin America and a vast knowledge of the dynamics of emerging markets. He is an articulate communicator fluent in English & Spanish, and

utilizes the collective experiences and knowledge he has gained as an entrepreneur in Latin America to help our customers to achieve their goals, objectives and dreams. 

Prior to joining the team at International Surf Properties, Chip was the Regional Manager for Latin American and the Caribbean at FRAMECAD. Throughout his career, Chip has focused on business and investment opportunities in Central America where he was the Owner/Broker of a Coldwell Banker Franchise, worked on over 12 real estate development projects, steel framing construction, and other business ventures throughout the region including BPO call centers, Lead Generation, and Telecommunications. Additionally, Chip is the President and Founder of LATAM Aid Foundation, a non-for profit organization that is helping to build sustainable housing, provide clean drinking water and aid in disaster relief for those whom are most in need in Latin America
