Frank is a native southern Californian and started surfing at age 12. He attended High School in Manhattan Beach California and moved to Maui from 1969 through 1974.  Frank was hooked on surfing at that time of his life. His favorite breaks in Maui are Honolua Bay, Paukakaulo and Hookipa Park. Frank also attended Maui Community College studying business.

 

Upon return to the US, he lived in Encinitas, California while working at La Costa Hotel and Spa for 12 years as Bellman and ultimately Meeting Planner for large corporate and leisure groups.

 

In 1987, Frank moved to San Jose del Cabo where he has lived and created a family for the last 30 years. In the beginning Frank sold real estate at La Jolla de Los Cabos. From those early days Frank has handled all aspects of real estate in Mexico. From property management, fidecamiso, taxes, buying, selling, mexican corporation set-up and so much more. Frank is well respected...and well connected...in Baja Sur. He has built a beautiful home in Costa Azul B.C.S. Mexico, overlooking the surf at Zippers.

Frank wants all of our clients to know...foreigners can hold title (yes, full ownership) on a Trust agreement that is set up for periods of 50 years at a time and completely renewable.
