The house includes all natural stone, slate and granite. Stained glass windows and high quality Costa Rican art are seen throughout the house. The furniture was custom built for the home by local artisans. All new windows and doors were installed last year.

There is one full bedroom with an en suite bath on the first floor facing the mountain side. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 gorgeous ocean view rooms and 3 are lush jungle mountain view rooms. One of these with en suite bath. The top floor is a separate unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that has just been remodeled and begun generating income.
