UPDATE AUGUST 9, 2017
As planned, the crew began clearing the lower areas for the beach road, palapas and Beachclub.
Plans have been made to bring in sand for the beachfront areas of Rancho Palo Alto. This makes for a great area for the palapas.
The owners also discussed building a well once a certain amount of lots have been sold. There is water under the property and would be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Javier is a local builder and developer who has built a majority of the houses in this area. Buying lots and building homes helps the entire village and raises the economy. He wants to keep the serenity of the area while putting the locals to work and build a better life. Socially responsible & environmentally sound development.
The community of Palo Alto is just to the north of Rancho Palo Alto and has been built with quality and aesthetics in mind. Javier built most of not all of these homes. This community is near but cannot be seen from any of the property as a nice jungle green area separates the two communities.
This Week in Waves
The waves were firing all week with some day on the verge of too big. But in the end there were some very clean surf, up and down the coast.
