Surrounded by untouched jungle and remote outer islands, Samsara Escape is a thousand kilometers from the pressures of the modern world and truly is a place for the mind and soul to unwind and rejuvenate.
The property is located on Simeulue Island in North Sumatra (Aceh) Indonesia. Directly on an amazing
untouched beach that has many excellent waves. A multitude of other secret waves in the area. The best
wave on the whole island is very close by and a new find.
The property faces west on a 3 km long white
sandy beach and enjoys picturesque views of the ocean and outer islands, as well as amazing sunsets.
There are remote islands a few klms off shore to the north. Simeulue has great surf all year around, with
the lowest months being November and December. Outside of these months conditions are very good and swell super consistent.
There are approx. 15 other waves across the 150 km long island. As well as many smaller outer islands, jungle and mountains, snorkeling, fishing etc.
The bungalows are 40 sq meters total with 15 sq meter balcony able to sleep 2 people. Max capacity of the complex 10 people. 4 of the bungalows have absolute beachfront. 1 other lot is situated in front of a natural river. The whole complex has 1.8 meter fencing to ensure privacy. Samsara is built to resemble an oasis within one of the most pristine surroundings in existence.

The total land area is 10,800 sqm with 76+ meters beach front and has private driveway access. The land is 164meters deep and all bungalows are 100 to 150meters away from the quite street. The land itself is extremely beautiful with an array of tropical plants and many mature coconut trees. Connected to main island power line. There is a waterfall behind the property approx. 100m to the north.
