Frank Weitzel has been living in San Jose del Cabo for the last 30 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of the sales and marketing of real estate in this region. Originally working for La Jolla de Los Cabos, Frank tells amazing stories of trying to sell real estate on the side of the road when you maybe saw just a few cars come by in a day. This was well before Cabo San Lucas was on the map as a premiere destination. A lot has changed since then and now Frank runs a healthy business of helping foreigners (and locals) buy and manage their real estate holdings.
Frank is well respected...and well connected...in Baja Sur. He has built a beautiful home in Costa Azul B.C.S. Mexico, overlooking the surf at Zippers. Frank personally manages properties and the real estate holdings for a variety of surf industry gurus and celebrities including Sparky from Rainbow Sandals.
